If you choose to invite others to a CloudIO App Platform account or project within your organization, we will ask you for the other user’s email address. We will automatically send him/her an email inviting him/her to visit the site. CloudIO stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

If you use our blog, forum or AppStore on the CloudIO Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these blogs and forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs and forums.
We sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to the CloudIO Site to help us provide better customer service and to make the CloudIO Site as user friendly as possible. We post customer testimonials on our web site, which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
